For any issues with sizing or quality of products, please contact us or read our shipping and returns policy carefully. All in all, Vanilla Studio holds the final authority to decide whether the concerned product needs to be returned or not.

Sizing:
The fit of every clothing item depends on the cut and style of the garment. Some are designed to fit loosely, while others are designed to be more fitted. Before placing an order, please review our sizing chart to get the closest fit. If you are confused about sizing, you may contact us for help. For slight alterations, you may write to us within 24 hours of placing an order. We at Vanilla Studio will be happy to send out a product altered to your personal measurements. However, we do not take responsibility for wrongly reported measurements from your side. Please note: Even though we try our best to produce garments close to your mentioned sizes, the garment may still need some minor alterations and adjustments after delivery.

Product Care:
All of our collections explore new weaves, prints, embroideries, and materials. The care card for all of these products is included in the delivery package. Vanilla Studio will not take responsibility for any damage done if the product is not taken care of according to the instructions given.

Privacy:
We understand the importance of your privacy and value the trust you have put in us. During your purchase or interaction through Vanilla Studio, we may collect your name, address, and contact info. These details will only be collected with the intention of sending out our promotional newsletters and any other updates regarding your orders.
