Shipping Policy:

NOTE: Please be careful of any scam calls made or recieved in the name of our carriers. Our carriers will never ask you for extra payment after we dispatch at our end. Do not share credit card information. Tarshari will not be held liable in such cases.

Customer satisfaction is our highest priority. We urge you to read our shipping policies carefully before placing an order with us.

1) Once we dispatch your order, you will be sent the tracking code via email. In case of any delays or holds occured after dispatch, please write an email to the assigned carrier. Once dispatched, it is a 100% the customer’s duty to track the package.

2) Delays may also occur due to incorrect pincode or address details provided by the customer. In such cases, any delivery assurances provided by our customer care agents will no longer be valid. We cannot guarantee timely delivery if the correct address or pincode is not provided. Additionally, return or refund requests due to these reasons will not be accepted. Refunds will only be considered if the dispatch timeline exceeds the duration stated below.

3) The customer should be present at the assigned delivery address on the day of delivery. We take no responsibility if the products are received and signed by another person. In case your order has been marked ‘delivered’ and you have not recieved it, please reach out to the carriers. All delivery instructions must be communicated directly to the delivery person, not us. They will contact you prior to delivery. Once dispatched, it is 100% the customer’s duty to track the package.

4) All in all, Tarshari uses the services of shipping companies which are seperate entities and we hope you understand that we  have no control over their step by step operations.

All our pieces are made to order to avoid wastage, hence we have a longer dispatch timeline. Any request of early delivery is to be made before placing the order.

Clothing: 8-15 business days

Jewellery: 4-20 business days

Delivery Timelines:

India: 3-5 business days

Everywhere else: Subject to carrier operations and customs clearance.

Cash on Delivery: (Only within India)

We offer the COD option to our customers that are unable to place a prepaid order for personal reasons. However, in such cases, the customers will be asked to pay a 10% deposit via UPI to confirm their orders. This deposit is non refundable, in case if the customer fails to accept the package.
