International Orders (Outside India):

Please note that we do not offer returns or refunds on international orders. To ensure you select the correct size, we recommend reaching out to our customer service team for assistance before making a purchase.

In the rare event that you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately at contact@tarshari.in, and we will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

About Ajrakh Prints:

Ajrakh is a traditional hand-printed Indian textile and slight imperfections are part of its unique charm. What may appear as stains are often natural, accidental marks from the printing process, not defects. These variations are celebrated as part of the artistry. If you have any concerns or questions, feel free to reach out to us for clarification.

Domestic Orders (Within India):

We offer exchanges and returns, provided the piece is sent back to us at our workshop address within a week from delivery. The processing and dispatch time of the new piece remains the same as general order processing time. 

In case of returns or cancellations, we offer refunds via gift cards. We do not offer returns or excahanges on customised products.

In an off chance that the product is damaged, you can write to us at info@tarshari.in within 48 hours of delivery, along with pictures of the products that need replacement. In case the issue is from our end, we will arrange for an exchange of products.

In case of exceptional situations where refund is required, only product price will be refunded. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If you are unable to recieve calls initiated by our courier partners, the delivery will be marked as ‘Failed’ and the package will be returned to Tarshari. For any such instances, a re-attempt of delivery will incur a charge of 300 INR. Alternatively, if the customer opts for a refund, it will be issued in the form of a gift card with a deduction of 300 INR.

Exchanges (Within India):

To ensure the best fit and save time on exchanges, we highly recommend checking our size chart before placing your order. We recommend consulting with our team before placing the order so we can help you choose the right size.

Exchanges are applicable only if informed within 48 hours after delivery. The piece(s) has to be sent by the customer at our workshop address.

Exchanges will be processed once the piece is recieved at our facility, post which, a fresh new exchange piece will be dispatched. Exchanges will not be processed if the product is recieved damaged, with stains or without the tags intact.

Exchange is only applicable ONCE and with the products of equal price value or more. In case of a difference amount in the exchange piece, the refund will be made via gift cards.

All in all, we at Tarshari by Vanilla Studio will hold the final authority to decide if a product needs replacement.
